Business Graduate. MBA will be preferable 

 Experience

6-8 years of experience in Channel networks  

Responsibilities

· Responsible for making business plan for channel network, sales, marketing and after sale support for all products which are offered by the company through dealer network

· Analyze market trends, with focus on major competitor channel strategies and alignment

· Ensure availability of the stock to dealers as per their requirement

· Provide required product knowledge to the sales team of dealers through respective branch team

· Arrange support for after sale service by keeping close coordination with the respective branches

· Responsible for dealer sales enablement, training, strategic planning and ownership of channel partner's issues

· Maintaining & updating company’s central dealer database

· Prepare business plans for dealers in coordination with the dealer & relevant head of department

· Facilitate Dealers to use smart channels of import/clearance

· Use dealer channel for cross selling opportunities and facilitate each department at STC for smarter transaction through dealer network
