Requirements

Technologically capable individual will be responsible for performing and supporting the administrative and self-service user configurations, training, reporting and troubleshooting tasks integral to the central use of the integrated Oracle PeopleSoft Campus and Sakai LMS system pertaining to academic systems and registrar office. The incumbent will serve as a liaison between the registrar's office and information technology services and perform systems functional trainings, security analysis/user management, set-ups, troubleshooting and will coordinate for student record, registration, scheduling, degree audit and reporting processes (PeopleSoft Query Manager, BI Publisher) at Habib University. 

Responsibilities

? Maintain all PeopleSoft Campus Solutions; set up tables, foundation tables, common definitions, product related, and system administrative tables in support of on line registration, grading, scheduling, degree audit and other functions within the academic system and registrar's office.

? Maintain and train all LMS SAKAI functionality requirements.

? Troubleshoot problems, analyze, and coordinate student records, registration, scheduling, graduation and reporting processes at HU.

? Develop reports for institutional users, participate in activities related to academic data mining, write queries and prepare ad hoc reports.

? Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and procedures; provide, when needed, training and support for the PeopleSoft modules under the responsibility of the academic system and registrar's office, including student and faculty self-services, and other applications that are used in the Registrar's Office.

? Ability to interact professionally with faculty, student and staff as required. In addition to be flexible in nature, have sound judgment with an open and collaborative style that encourages teamwork and cooperation beyond the immediate team to the broader organization.

? Must be able to identify priorities within multiple assignments in a high-pressured, short-deadline environment, while maintaining diplomacy and efficiency.

? Assist with specialized assignments, new initiatives and assist Director of Academic System & Registrar with other duties as assigned.
